Adding Images to Posts
There are two ways to add images to your posts.
Method One (the easiest):
Take a look at the write post box to see this section of the panel …

Click the “Browse” button. Your file explorer will open and you simply have to find the image you want to insert into your post. After you’ve selected the image, enter a name for the image in the “Title” field. You may also wish to add a brief description.

After clicking the “Upload” button, you’ll see this screen…

Enter in the required data: “Caption” (which appears only in the Media Gallery) and “Description” which appears in your media gallery and becomes the “ALT” tag (for search engines).
Link URL works two ways. If you change nothing, the automatically generated link actually is a page with just that image on it. Thus, when a visitor clicks on the image they see the full size image on a blank page. Or .. you can type in the URL for a web page of your choice.
For example, your post is about a book you’ve just read; so you include a picture of the book in your post and link it to the Amazon.com page for the book. Taking it a step further, you’ll become an affiliate of Amazon and use your affliate link here so when your visitors click and purchase the book you get cash!
Alignment determines how the images is placed within the post.
Depending on the size of the original image, you can choose to have the display size of the image in “Thumbnail” or “Medium” sizes if it is large; use the “Full size” selection if it will fit on your page.
